We are looking for an Office Coordinator for our Athens offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Support colleagues in tasks such as internet- based research, collection of data, identification and bookmarking of relevant info and contacts.
  • Create and update records and databases with data and work with online platforms and tools such as Google forms
  • Keeping well- organized files and records of business activity
  • Organizing and supervise events/social media
  • Assist as requested and perform other parallel duties as required
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e- mail, letters, packages etc. )

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to manage pressure and conflict demands and prioritize tasks and workload.
  • Strong sense of organisation, proactiveness and timely response.
  • Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Solid MS Office/PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • University education (is a desirable plus).
  • 2-5 years experience in managing small group of employees as Team Leader/Coordinator
